This is a regional college access initiative advising the community about pathways to higher education, educational opportunities that lead to careers and economic health, financing college, credit and debt management. Dedicated to serve all members of the community and drive specific outreach efforts to underrepresented, first generation, minority students and their families.
The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is a flexible program that provides communities with resources to address a wide range of unique community development needs. Due to the generosity of this grant, through the City of Framingham and matching funds, the FCCC has employed over 500 youth each year since 1996.

Established to provide opportunities to high school and college students who seek to gain on-the-job experience relevant to their field of study in a social/human services environment. Many paid and Volunteer opportunities are available across the agency and in programs such as Administration, Behavioral Health, Nutrition Services, Headstart and Childcare, and others.

A program dedicated to helping out teens and youth, by giving them a real shot at the future, where they can succeed at not just keeping jobs, but becoming managers and leaders.
